FAKOPLAST method of shipment

• Black and standard colours are normally in stock and ready for transport.
• If your item is not in stock, FAKOPLAST will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
• FAKOPLAST can ship to most countries, worldwide
• Transport is usually done by DHL
• Payment has to be made before the order will be send to you. Read more about the payment of your order here.
• Shipping charge is payable for each order. Please see your basket for the shipping rates.
• Items in stock are shipped using a next day service (Benelux and Germany), after payment. If there are any delays we will inform you. For other countries (incl. overseas shipment) FAKOPLAST will contact you. Delivery time will depend on your location and requirements.
• Within The Benelux and Germany transport takes approximately 36 hours during working days. Outside this area we search for the quickest shipping possible
• Where possible FAKOPLAST ships collected boxes per order on a pallet. This means one package, so minimum risk of loosing the order.

• Payment has to be made in advance
• FAKOPLAST only accepts payment by bank
• The account number at Fortis Bank is 25.67.13.286 (FAKOPLAST Plastic Products BV, Lochem, the Netherlands)
• International payment: IBAN: NL39ABNA0480550468 and BIC: ABNANL2A
• For the Netherlands, VAT-charges are 19%. All other countries are VAT-free, considering you hand FAKOPLAST your VAT-identification number
