FAKOPLAST uses Polyamide 6.6 (PA6.6) or Polyoxymethylane (POM) to manufacture the buckles.

What does FAKOPLAST use for the colouring of the buckles?

For colouring of the buckles FAKOPLAST uses master batches suitable for the specific material.

Can FAKOPLAST manufacture buckles in other RAL colours than mentioned on this website?

Other RAL colours then mentioned are possible. For colour possibilities, please ask for them by phone or e-mail.

How can a belt be plait in a buckle?

A belt can be plait in a buckle single or double.

I want a logo on my buckles, is that possible?

Thanks to 3D-CAD there are several process techniques to create a logo for the buckle. Buckles as offered on this website come without a logo. For logo possibilities, please ask for them by phone or e-mail.

How much pulling power can a FAKOPLAST buckle take?

Tractive pulling power is tested with 25 kilo.

Can the buckles be washed and dried with my workwear?

Cleaning and especially drying of the work wear is for the buckles possible up to 175∞C.

What is the failure rate of an order that is accepted by FAKOPLAST?

Failure rate is accepted up to 1,2%; under this percentage FAKOPLAST cannot be held any responsibility.
